Perfectly shabby, some paint is chipping (you could spray a clear coat to stop chipping or repaint if you like).

Use with French, Cottage or Shabby Chic Decor. Add sheers, lace curtains or drapes. Perfect for Babys room over crib, Childs bed, over sofa in sitting room or any where you. It mounts to the wall with screws (Im sure you would need to use a screw fastener molly to secure to the wall). Well made and solid, not real heavy.

It unscrews on the back side to add curtains. Approximately 40 inches wide and projects 24 inches from wall.
