Bessie Pease Gutmann Awakening In Original Frame. I had this print reworked in a professional frame shop in the early 1990's.

It is the original frame, but was in very poor shape. They strengthened the frame and added the acid free mat to stop the print from degrading. I think the acid spots add to its character, but has not further degraded since it was done somewhere between 1989 - 1993. Looks lovely in a nursery.
